Is your metabolism fast or slow?
If you want to increase metabolism, you’re going to need to start exercising – if you’re not already. Exercise is a great natural way to get your metabolism going. There are also certain foods you can eat that can help stoke your internal furnace. If your metabolism is going fast, you can eat more food and not gain weight! That’s great. Men naturally have higher metabolisms than women and that may be a big part of the reason they can eat more food and stay slim. All of the women I know would love to have fast metabolism so they could eat more. Who doesn’t love to eat?
