High Pressure
A great way to deal with high stress is to pick up a book and enjoy some thing that you are interested in. If you are looking to get intro shape, this is a very interesting study and when you actually apply it you will be killing 2 birds with one stone. Exercise is in my opinion the best stress reliever out there for you to do. when you are learning to build up muscle fast you will find that you dont need to be super man in order to get it done. Some hard work will get you a long way.
