Building Muscle From Home

My priorities are in the order below:1. Become (and look) stronger2. Have more stamina3. Have a more attractive physique.With respect to my priorities above, do you think Sean’s Muscle Gain Truth program is the most appropriate for me? There is this program at stronglifts.com (you can download it free here :http://stronglifts.com/ebook/ ). It advocates doing the compound exercises 3 times a week. You do 5 sets each and try to increase the weights consistently by 2.5 kg every workout.Do you think it would be better that I followed that program first (or a similar one) and then come back to Sean’s program after 6 months?
